Screen capture software Support Forum / Screenshot Studio Support / Premium Support / License key will not work

I had to uninstall and reinstall Screenshot Studio (downloaded the latest version from the web site) and when I entered the key it would not take. I also tried the cut and paste from the originial email but no dice. Do I need a new key?

I also am having the same problem I cannot install the key it seems like the key is too long.

I had to re-install fireshot on my computer and I can not change to PRO mode. I copied and pasted my original owner name and key but it will not accept it.

I receive the error dialog: "The license information for this application is missing or invalid. You must enter a valid license key to use this program."

Plugin version: Fireshot 0.83
OS type and version: MS Windows XP Pro SP3, English (same problem in Windows 7)
Version of Firefox: 3.5.9
Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Select from pull-down Switch to Pro!
2. Dismiss the dialog that "You've successfully switched to Pro Version
3. Select from pull-down Enter License Key
4. Enter the license key, copied and pasted from e-mail, and clicked OK.

Thanks for any assistance. I also purchased Lifetime Support & FREE Upgrades Warranty. Should I be asking for help elsewhere?

I am getting an error message when I enter the license key:

"The license information for this application is missing or invalid. You must enter a valid license key to use this program."

Order 7589770

I never got the license key by e-mail.  I had to get it through the avangate site.

any ideas or assistance would be appreciated.
