Running WinXP SP3 English, FireFox 3.6.13, FireShot (downloaded and installed 1/27/2011, unknown version), ScreenShotStudio Trial (expired in three days!).
What is the process to capture drop down menus from the FireFox browser menu, i.e. click ton "Tools" and a drop-down appears, but as soon as you click FireShop, or ScreenShot when the trial was working, the drop-down disappears before I can select the area to capture. |
