FireShot 0.81
MS Windows XP Professional SP3, English Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.2.2) Gecko/20100316 Firefox/3.6.2 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) First great product...decided to purchase pro (done) Followed email instructions sent..check you have downloaded latest version of FireShot, was 0.80 installed 0.81 Select "Switch to pro" - Error message "Error locating Function in SSS.dll" click ok - sends message to Firefox, subsequent attempts crashes firefox immediately Have administrator rights, tried so far... Restart firefox Restart PC search for sss.dll (not found) Can you help, I'd really like to get the tool working |

| SSS.dll should exist. Possibly anti-virus software prevented Firefox from deploying this file during installation. | ||

Seemed to have solved the problem..
Uninstalled (all) FireShot addons Restarted Firefox, downloaded Fireshot, went to register pro version (worked), entered user name and licence key...seems to be okay, I'll let you know.. Again great product.. re antivurus, not that I'm aware of..no indication in the logs..a glitch? |

Sometimes A/V programs prevent installation without any indication. |
