| I have Screenshot Pro and when I try to capture a portion of the web page for either printing or emailing it prints the entire page not the selected portion. How do I fix this? | ||

I don't use Screenshot Pro, but this is how I do it using FireShot (don't know if it's same)...
1: Capture the web page for editing. 2: In the editor click "Select" on the tool bar. 3: Select the area of the captured web page that you want to print. 4: A menu appears on the right side of the screen allowing various actions to be performed with the area just selected. 5: Click "Crop" from the right side menu. This will remove everything else, leaving just the selected area, which can now be printed out, etc. Apologies if Screen Shot pro doesn't work the same way.. But you could always install FireShot as well, because what you want is easy with fireshot. . WoM |

There is no product called Screenshot Pro. It can be either Screenshot Studio or FireShot Pro. I think this is the second one and the actions are correct.
