I don't know if I'm at the right theme here, but I hope you can help me. I'm working with Fireshot PRO, well, at least I did until the computer was down. So now the licence is lost. How can I get it back? |

I don't seem to have received a license key - I was notified in a pop-up window that I had been upgraded to Pro, but as I clear all cookies with each shut-down, I do longer seem to have Pro, nor the necessary key, etc. I did get the back-up CD, but am hesitant to reinstall and still be asked for the same information I don't have. I do have the AVANGATE receipt from 12/19/2012.
Help, please? |

My name is John Peirano
I purchased Fireshot Pro February 2011. The program was not working correctly and would only capture portions of the upper left screen versus entire page. I just uninstalled in trying to reinstall with using same license key? Wondering if someone can give reference as to if this will work or possible support on helping me get an updated copy for either internet explorer or Firefox? Thanks in advance. |
