I am using FireShot 0.80, running on WindowsXP Home SP3, English and standalone. I used to run Firefox but now run Chrome, but use Gmail with Chrome for some of my email and Thunderbird for the rest of my email as a standalone program.
When I click on the FireShot Icon, with an email open, and select Capture visible area and edit -- nothing happens. I tried saving to Clipboard, to a File, all with the same result. Removed Fireshot since the last upgrade to Thunderbird and reinstalled FireShot from the Mozilla site, but still with no better results. Thanks. |
