I want Fireshot to save automatically the snapshot to a default directory (say D:\fireshot\out\).
This should be done WITHOUT prompting me for the destination dir. How can I do this? Peter |

| Hold SHIFT when you press save button. The dialog appears and you can customize the default action. | ||

This does NOT help!
A file save dialog still appears. The screenshot should always put into my default dir e.g. D:\snap Are there any other options? Peter |

| Ah, the trick is the following: it works only from FireShot's editor (you click "capture and edit", then click "save" button and hold SHIFT, then you setup the directory and click OK). | ||

Can this be introduced for ALL scenarios (not only for Fireshots editor)?
Moreover an option to auto-SHIFT (=avoid having to SHIFT manually) would be fine. Can this be included in the next release? |
