"The license information for this application is missing or invalid. You must enter a valid license key to use this program."

I registered the program on January 20, 2009, and sent an email about this with my full registration information. Here's the reply received May 19:

Hello,

possibly you're trying to enter it into the new version (1.7x)
In this case the license should be upgraded.

How do I "upgrade"? When I purchased the program it said there were free lifetime upgrades, so where/how do I get an updated license key? Thanks!
