| I have Windows Vista and IE 7 and initially I downloaded the free trial to test out to the default program files area. After reading the troublshoot forum, I read to uninstall the program and re-install to the folder C:\Fireshot (instead of C:\Program Files\Fireshot for IE)... Upon reinstallation and opening up new IE browser, I still obtain the error as outlined in Subject line above. Please advise. | ||
