I searched and browsed but can't find this question. I was happily using Fireshot so I decided to purchase it. As soon as I did, the Save button changed to "Save images to folder..." but doesn't provide a dialogue area for me to put the name I want to save the file as, all the folders that this dialogue box creates are EMPTY. I am using Firefox 2.0.0.14, Fireshot 0.50, XP Pro Version 2002 with SP2. I have not idea how to "recreate" this problem, as far as I can tell, it started when I entered the new registration code.

Hello, I cannot find the button with the caption "Save images to folder", possibly your screenshot could help? In Pro mode it doesn't ask for screenshot name if you press "Save button" in the editor. To give the screenshot another name, simply click its icon at the left pane (see screenshot for details).

That did the trick! This program is SUCH a time saver for me! I'm really happy with it and glad to pay you for developing it! Also, thanks for your timely response!
