Hi there, I fioound out about Fireshot through a PC magazine and got very excited. I downloaded it and it seemed to install automatically. The dialogue box said that it would be installed after restarting Firefox and I clicked "Restart Now" but when Firefox came back up, I could not sett any new icons on nav bar and there were no new icons in the icon store under toolbars.

I'm very disappointed and frustrated. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My Firefox version is: 2.0.0.14 and I'm running Vista Business
