After downloading Firescreen I went to the tools menu in Firefox and chose Add-ons which showed the program listed, but I was not able to open the program and the Options tab was grayed...JF

Plugin version (i.e. FireShot 0.45)
OS type and version (i.e. MS Windows XP Professional SP2, English)
Version of Firefox (i.e. Firefox/2.0.0.14)
Steps to reproduce the bug (i.e. Start FX, open FireShot editor, create a shape and try to save - you'll get an access violation xxxxxx)
