I have captured screen(s) and trying to send to clipboard. The product hangs with the following message: Please wait creating thumbnails. I have to boot my system to remove.

How often does this happen?
Possibly when did it start?

not very often, but has happened several times. I originally wrote it off as a fluke. It happens maybe once every 20-30 users. It has happened basically since I originally downloaded and registered the product.

At first I thought it was due to the fact I was capturing screens from my Lotus Notes email client, which is what I was doing this morning when it locked up consistently. After two or three re-boots, I gave up. Since then my curiosity got the best of me and I tried it again, this time with success. So I can rule out the email client. I have not been able to associate this event with anything else. Sorry, not much help. As a fellow technical support person myself, that's not much to go on.
