| When I capture a full page, the screenshot is tiny and when I try to resize or insert it into a Word .doc file, I lose most of the image. I'm trying to save some blog posts I've made, with the comments offered, but that seems to be impossible to do. How do I fix this? | ||

| Possibly FireShot Preferences (Capturing section -> Capture size) helps. | ||

| Didn't help! I can't figure it out. When I open it in any photo editing software, it's a tiny image that cannot be edited or resized. If I try to paste it into Word...I still lose half. | ||

| Is it tiny when you capture it and open in FireShot editor? | ||

| Yes! That's what's so strange about it. | ||

| The pages seem to be too big for it to handle without reducing them. But I want them full size, and I can' get that. | ||
