Interesting, do you use your blog like a weapon?
Please read the rules below once more: Quote:
Warning before posting bugreports: please take into account that your bugreports will be ignored if you don't include the following info about your problem: * Plugin version (i.e. FireShot 0.45) * OS type and version (i.e. MS Windows XP Professional SP2, English) * Version of Firefox (i.e. Firefox/2.0.0.14) * Steps to reproduce the bug (i.e. Start FX, open FireShot editor, create a shape and try to save - you'll get an access violation xxxxxx) The problem is that I don't understand the question. |

Blog is Reporting the Facts - But, two point of Interest:
1) I have Reported the Plugin Version in earlier requests... same result: Nothing. 2) This is NOT a Bug Report, I 'simple' How-to, since the selecting does not work. |

So the facts are:
- I don't know what OS, what browser and what version of FireShot are you using. - There're many kinds of selections and I have no idea what does 'selection does not work' mean. Can you select area or the problem is that the mouse cursor does not change to crosshair? Possibly you can select, but there's nothing to do with that? Way too many versions... Please help me, then I will be able to help you. No offence. |

I wanted to try on I.E. on new Sony VAIO -if work 2nd license or just dump my old HP laptop and more to the Sony. Anyway, Installed the Trial there (same info as the Cross-hair don't work) and low & behold, when in I.E. I sees screenshot mentioned in the 'ToolBars' BUT, can NOT activate it (would give you a screen-shot (pardon the jape) but, since not working I will have to figure a picture in something else for ya...
Has to work in IE as I, on occasion I have to use IE for certain Website that are constructed for nothing else -like I say, I can 'see' it... just can 'not' get it to work... in IE -thoughts something I am missing in Uncle Bill's IE? so less see - Sony VAIO -- Win7 Home Premium, Latest IE (8 want the version?), Oh, latest Win7, 6GB of menmory... what else? |

| I'm afraid, I need more detailed explanation (with picture if possible) because it's hard to understand your problem. | ||
