To somebody getting started with your products this is very confusing. I wasn't getting anywhere trying to upgrade to pro Fireshot using the menu in Firefox. Then on your website it seemed like maybe Screenshot Studio is the pro program and Fireshot the demo.
Anyway, I've just bought Screenshot Studio, with lifetime support and figured out that I'd be happier with Fireshot Pro instead. I don't need both. Sorry I didn't get it right the first time. Now how do we rectify this? Also. When I opened annotated .pngs I had saved from the trial version of Fireshot in Screenshot Studio the text boxes all contained "sdf" instead of the original text.
