I am currently using 0.81 Plugin

Windows 7 OS

FF 3.6

1. Enter License Information - and it gives successful message.
2. Use Fireshot
3. Restart or close FireFox
4. Enter Fireshot
5. Have to enter Name and Key again to use Fireshot full version

When did it happen?

When you:

- updated to 0.81 ?
- updated to Windows 7 ?
- updated to Firefox 3.6 ?

Can you locate the file fs_fx_settings.ini and check it's writable? (Perform file search in %APPDATA% folder)

Thanks for you help....but no luck yet, yes the file is set a writable

1. Close all Firefox instances
2. Delete or rename this file
3. Run Firefox and start Fireshot
4. Make sure the file is re-created

then

1. Enter your licensing info
2. Close Firefox
3. Send this file to bugfix@screenshot-program.com (ver.1)

then

1. Start Firefox.
2. Make sure you launched FireShot and it is in trial mode again.
3. Exit Firefox
4. Send the file again (ver.2).

You should now have these files it will not come from my hotmail account but i included my username in the email.

Thanks Kregg. Looks like an uncommon bug. Have no ideas presently. I think, I'll send you a debug version in 3-5 days to discover the reason.
