I have purchased Fireshot PRO .80. I am using Windows XP.
My company has purchased this product for me to use to make screenshots and I can't get the professional version features to download. It is stating that my license is invalid and I am copying and pasting it from the email sent from your company. Please help. Below is what i am copying and pasting.
