firefox 3.52
when trying to install via https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5648, the error
"firefox could not install the file at
http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/addons/5648/fireshot-.078 fx+tb-win.cpi because unexpected installation error
then on the error console, the message appeared

can u give me your email so i can send you all the screenshots that display this error
i tried installing fireshot 5x, but to no avail
i even bought fireshot pro, so i truly hope you can help me since i paid for ur program
