Screen capture software Support Forum / Screenshot Studio Support / Public Support / I have a macosxp and am having problems with the screen capture.

I have a Mac OSx and cannot get fireshot0.68 to work. When I try to take the picture it makes a clicking noise but the says an error:Typeerror.components.classes [cid] has no properties. Does anyone know what this means
