Yes, just drag the tab control.

I've tried dragging the images in the left side of the program and they won't re-arrange. What am I doing wrong?

| Actually I don't know. It works pretty transparent usually. You create 3 captures, the third one you drag and drop onto first one. And they change their order normally. | ||
