Hi,
I Purchased a Pro License via TrialPay. When I enter my Licence information, Fireshot says "successfully switched to pro" or the like, but when I click the green exclamation mark in the footer, I get the message my 30 day trial has expired and am switched back to trial mode. Whe I restart firefox, Fireshot wil also operate in trial mode only. What can I do? Daniel |

| Just retype the information and everything should be ok. This is a bug due to current release. | ||

| Most of the users enter support code instead of license code. I cannot locate your order via email, please let me know your order reference number or the user name you're trying to enter while activating. | ||

Hi,
User Name is Daniel Treplin, I use the thing labeled "License Key" that starts with "21HM-" and has six 4-digit-segments and fireshot says it accepts the registration, so I dont think I enter something wrong. |

Yes, everything is OK with the code.
When you switch to pro and enter the license, does it switch to trial after restarting (but WITHOUT clicking the green exclamation mark) ? |
